Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors consists of 5 members. Board members shall be an owner of record of lots within the subdivision. Each board term is 3 years. Our current board meets every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday evening of the month. Occasionally, the board has to schedule a special meeting which may include but are not limited to county commissioner meetings, engineering meetings, or emergency meetings.

We are in current need of one more board member. If you are interested in becoming a board member. Please submit a letter of intent to the board of directors either by emailing office@riverrockpoa.org or you can discuss the position and hand your letter of intent in at a public meeting which is held every third Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the River Rock Event Center.
