The River Rock Subdivision is a vibrant community located just outside the city limits of Belgrade, Montana. Our beautiful community consists of over 1,200 residential properties as well as a business district and the Ridge View Elementary School.
The River Rock Subdivision is a covenant-controlled community maintained by the River Rock Property Owners Association. The River Rock Property Owners Association maintains a board of directors composed of 5 members.
The River Rock Subdivision has 11 miles of roads, 40 acres of green space, an 8-acre pond, as well as our maintenance shop, office, event center and one rental unit. Residents enjoy a network of trails and sidewalks that meander throughout the subdivision. Your association assessments are used to maintain the public areas of the subdivision including road maintenance, street lighting, park maintenance, facility maintenance, and management of compliance issues within the River Rock Property Owners Association’s jurisdiction as they pertain to the governing documents.
